The Official To-Do-List

Things we need to get done:

- write Were-wolves and Skin-changers description for Lore
- write Creation/Origin Myth for Lore
- write Poisonous Plants and other plants for Lore (Horsey)
- draw swirls (Horsey)
- sort rp locations and write descriptions
- draw portraits of the different races, maybe pictures for Lore and location posts (Rain, long-term... veeery long-term)
- maps (Horsey)
- write Elves for Lore (Wyn)
- write Dwarves for Lore
- write general History of Middle Earth (so far) and Life in the Third Age for Chronicle
- write the Lore Reminder sticky post (about how we are canon + our own ideas, new ones welcome)
- write Holidays and Celebrations for Hobbits and Elves (Horsey, Wyn)
- write Other Languages, add to Secret Languages and write Elven Languages for Lore
- maybe add Legends and Tales to Lore (things that probably aren't even true in Middle Earth but that people love to talk about, growing as the rp progresses)
- write introduction posts
- Avatars for Oddberry and Glorfindel
-promote forum

I could possibly work on the History area. How far back do we want to go with it though? Just from the First Age or futher back?

That would be perfect! I would suggest everything. I don't think it has to be extremely detailed (the different races have a history section in their descriptions, too, after all, and there is supposed to be a topic for the creation myth), but it would be nice to have a reliable overview everyone can take a look at when need be.

I guess for the races I can just make a generalised version of everything.

The races already have descriptions of their own histories (it's part of their lore posts).That's what I meant to say. But we do need an overview of everything. Not just history realted to the races, but general Middle Earth (and beyond) history from the start. Not too detailed, but detailed enough. It would be great if you could take care of that!
